A Fairly Odd Movie: Grow Up, Timmy Turner! (2011)

Timmy Turner wakes up to his 23rd birthday party with his fairy godparents Cosmo and Wanda, and their baby, Poof. Among the various gifts Timmy receives, Jorgen appears and points out in the rulebook Da Rules that he loses his fairies whenever he transitions into adulthood. Thus, Timmy continues to act like a kid in order to retain his fairies. But when a reformed and now gorgeous Tootie arrives in Dimmsdale, Timmy immediately takes a romantic interest in her.

Hugh J. Magnate, Jr. arrives in Dimmsdale and attempts to destroy the dogwood tree at the town park in order to access oil supply underneath the ground. Timmy secretly wishes for the bulldozer and chainsaws to cease operations, causing Magnate's plans to fail. Later that night, Mr. Crocker introduces himself to Magnate at a restaurant. When Mr. Crocker explains fairies are the cause of Magnate's failed plans, the two devise a plan to capture Timmy's fairies and Tootie.

Tootie goes up to Timmy the second she notices him as a 23-year-old for the first time. But the fairies attempt to stop the relationship. He initially agrees with the fairies' motive, but eventually decides he'd rather spend more time with Tootie. However, since he still does not yet feel ready to lose his fairies, Timmy avoids kissing Tootie, and is unable to explain why he cannot without giving away his secret. Tootie becomes angry and tells him to grow up, before she storms off.

Magnate kidnaps Tootie and takes her to a secret lair inside his company headquarters, while Mr. Crocker manages to capture Timmy's fairies. With Mr. Crocker's help, Magnate obtains a remote that grants his wishes using the fairies' magic. Magnate wishes for a bottomless ball pit, among several other wishes, and betrays Mr. Crocker by throwing him down into it. Tootie is kept in a cage, though she eventually manages to escape from it; however, she ends up dangling above the bottomless ball pit. The fairies, trapped inside their own cage, become progressively more tired each time Magnate's remote drains their magic.

After learning the news of Tootie's disappearance, Timmy locates his fairies inside Magnate's company headquarters. He saves Tootie from the ball pit and finally kisses her, realizing that doing so is the only way to free the fairies. The fairies disappear, and all magical effects caused by Magnate are reversed. The couple leaves the headquarters, and later, a newspaper headline shows Magnate being sent to a psychiatric hospital. Outside, Jorgen takes the couple to Fairy World before the fairy council, who establish a loophole in Da Rules allowing Timmy to continue to keep his fairies, on the condition that he makes wishes for unselfish purposes. To accomplish that, Timmy and Tootie plan to travel and use his fairies' magic to help others around the world, as Timmy has finally proven he is now a grown up and has a bright future with the girl of his dreams and his Fairly OddParents.
