Summary
When an elderly ornithologist's determination to prevent a group of young water skiers using the river because they disturb his birdwatching and recordings frighten the birds, results in an accidental fire, endangering the fauna of the park. Sonny finds an injured bird and Skippy gets the ornithlologist. The ornithologist accently knocks over a jerry can while sabotaging the youths' boat. A fire is started and animals have to be rescued and the fire is put out and the ornithologist apologises to the youths.
