Brendan Gleeson (Dublin, 29 de março de 1955) é um ator irlandês famoso por filmes como Extermínio, Coração Valente e a série de filmes de Harry Potter.

  Biography  

Brendan formou-se na University College Dublin, trabalhando vários anos como professor substituto na Belcamp College, no norte de Dublin. Ele mora atualmente em Malahide, na Irlanda, com sua mulher Mary e seus quatro filhos Domhnall ( que atuou como Gui Weasley em Harry Potter e as Relíquias da Morte parte 1 e 2), Fergus, Brían e Ruari. Gleeson também é talentoso com o violino. É amigo próximo de outros atores irlandeses, como Cillian Murphy, Liam Neeson e Stephen Rea.
